The show society and committee cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to property or injury to persons arising out of any activity carried out on the showground on the day of the show.
Any person entering, or bringing on the showground on the show day does so entirely at his or her own risk.
 The society will not accept any responsibility for any claim for damages or injury caused in any way whatsoever on the showground on the day of the show.

Exhibitors are reminded that it is their responsibility to insure against damage caused by their animals.
