Welcome to Ripley Show
Thank you to all our visitors, judges, stewards, volunteers, commentator, committee, chairman, vice chairman, president, suppliers, sponsors, trade stands, WI, Aldabra tortoises and exhibitors at Ripley Show on Sunday 10th August. We hope you enjoyed your day as much as we did. Well done to Ripley Endowed Church of England for winning the Sow and Grow competition!
Last but not least a huge thank you to Sir Thomas Ingilby Bt. for the loan of the showfield. It really is the most beautiful setting for our show.
We are starting to plan for next year and Trade Stand Applications will be open in the New Year, the class schedule will be available from May and tickets in the Spring. Show date is Sunday 9th August and we hope to see you then.
Our Chairman Chris Smith and Vice Chairman John Walmsley will continue in their roles in 2026.

Preparations ongoing for Ripley Show 2026
We are looking forward to Ripley Show on Sunday 9th August 2026. We will have our usual classes including cattle, sheep, fleeces, horses and ponies, heavy horses, donkeys and driving classes. In 2025 we introduced classes for Concours D’Elegance and Rescue Horses and for Valais Blacknose Sheep. There will also be farm produce, baking, wine and honey classes, handicrafts, WI, Young Farmers, photography and classes for children of all ages, including Fancy Dress. So if you have recently started baking, sewing or gardening, have a look at our classes and give it a go!
On the day we will have loads of attractions for all the family including a fun dog show, dog agility, terrier racing, giant tortoises, heavy horses, hound parade and vintage cars and tractors.
Sincere thanks to our sponsors, members and advertisers and especially to Sir Thomas Ingilby Bt. for the use of Ripley Castle Park as our showground.
Finally, thank you to our committee for their support throughout the year and to our Chairman Chris Smith and Vice Chairman John Walmsley for all of their efforts to ensure the smooth running of the show.
Please like and follow our social media pages for up-to-date information.
The committee at Ripley Show would like to thank Ripley Castle Estate, our loyal sponsors and volunteers, judges, competitors, trade stands, contractors, spectators and the wider local community for their continued support.
